Dear Manhasset Parents:

The Manhasset School Community Association (SCA) is requesting your support for the 2009-2010 school year.  Your membership dues are a meaningful part of our fundraising activities and help us provide many rewarding programs, resources and activities for our children that otherwise might not be available.

During this past school year, the Manhasset SCA dues and fundraising efforts supported various educational and social efforts in our four schools.  Some examples of how your dues are spent each year include: 

  • Student Enrichment Programs - Character Matters, Harmony’s Way, Family Theatre, Saturday Series, Speaker’s Bureau
  • Summer Studies Awards and Educational Grants – awards for summer studies during junior and senior year and to further college studies of recent Manhasset graduates
  • Student and Program Assistance – financial aid programs in our schools which allow students in need to participate in activities
  • Communication – provide parents and the community with important school-related information through our website, Community Education and student directories

Please show your support for our organization by renewing your membership or joining for the first time.  Please click here for a printable membership form to complete and return with your $25 payment, payable to Manhasset SCA (dues are tax deductible).
